At Your Nurse, care is not something that stops. Their fundamental belief in improving the standard of care in Australia led them to seek our help in creating a brand that would help them achieve this vision. The healthcare industry is often viewed as transactional, but Your Nurse wanted to shift towards a more sustainable, relationship-based approach to staffing, particularly when it comes to care. We helped Your Nurse reinvent itself as a purpose-driven brand, positioning them to make a positive impact in the healthcare industry.
To achieve this, we created a brand that would communicate the client's values and connect with their target audience. Our goal was to create a story that would resonate with healthcare professionals, showing them that Your Nurse understood their needs and challenges. We used colors, shapes, and typography to tell this story visually. The logo mark was designed to reflect these values, with symbols that embraced togetherness and embodied the employee relationship and HCP’s relationship with their patients.
The unique and innovative feature of our design was the symbols in the logo mark, which visually communicated the brand's approach to relationship-building. 
We wanted the logo to embody the employee relationship and the healthcare professionals' relationship with their patients. This helped set the brand apart from other healthcare recruitment agencies and communicated the brand's approach to relationship-building in a powerful and visually compelling way.
