Ian Ugarte is on mission to change the housing landscape in Australia and New Zealand, making it more affordable for everyday investors to get their foot on the property ladder and grow their passive incomes through cash flow positive property. 
To help achieve this vision they needed a new identity to replace the existing "Small is the New Big".   I created this identity framework to communicate trust, honesty and knowledge, helping Ian Ugarte to connect with a younger and much boarder audience. 
Role: Creative Direction, Implementation and Execution.
